I Ashish Pratap Singh founded TechGecs.in in 2019 while still in college, driven by a passion for learning and a desire to document everything I was discovering along the way. Initially, it was a blend of tech tutorials, coding how-to’s, shortcuts, and experiments typical of any beginner developer’s journey. Though not perfect, it laid the groundwork for a much larger endeavor: a long-term commitment to learning, building, and sharing knowledge.

In 2021, I joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Java Developer, entering the dynamic world of banking and payments technology. Since then, I have contributed to the development of payment modules for leading banking clients, gaining hands-on experience with critical systems such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, and various open banking platforms. I have played integral roles in multiple go-live projects, ensuring that complex payment workflows are not only theoretically sound but also perform seamlessly in live production environments.

Alongside my professional work, I actively create content on LinkedIn to modern payments and financial technology. I regularly share detailed explainers, breakdowns, and practical insights on topics including:
